Instructions for setting up the auto reply on the shared mailbox through webmail. 

To Set-up Auto Reply on a Shared Mailbox:

  1. Open your e-mail in webmail.hws.edu

    Access the Shared Mailbox: Ensure you have Full Access permission to the shared mailbox. Open Outlook and add the shared mailbox account if it’s not already visible.

  2. Click on your profile image on the top right

  3. Select Open another mailbox
     

    Click Profile image > Open another mailbox...













     
  4. Type in the name or e-mail address of the Shared Mailbox
     
  5. Click Open

    Mailbox name > Open








     
  6. At the top right, click the settings gear icon

  7. Select Account Automatic replies

  8. Configure your automatic reply
