About Canvas Profile Pictures:
Campus OneCard photos automatically sync to Canvas and appear as the Canvas profile picture for Canvas student users. Canvas profile photos cannot be changed in the Canvas system. In order to change your Canvas photo, please visit the OneCard photo portal to make updates to the OneCard photo. Uploaded photos must conform to the established guidelines specified in the OneCard portal and are subject to approval before the change is made.

- No. Updating your OneCard photo does not require you to have a new card printed.
How do I change my Profile Picture?
- In order to change your profile picture, please access the MyOneCard portal and follow the directions for updating your profile picture.

- Please allow 3-5 business days for the your photo to be approved and the change to take place.
Who can see my profile picture in Canvas?
- Canvas profile pictures are visible to instructors, TAs, and students enrolled in the same courses. Profile pictures appear under the "People" roster in each Canvas course, as well as in Canvas discussion posts and Canvas conversation messages.
