Transferring a Call to Voicemail
Why Would I Need This: Let's say you have a call and the person they wish to speak with is in a meeting. The steps below are how you would transfer said call to the voicemail of the individual they are trying to reach.
To transfer a call to voicemail:
- Call is received and you are ready to transfer them to the voice mailbox they wish to reach
- At the bottom of the LCD display on your phone, press the button labeled Transfer
- Dial 3112
- After the prompt, dial the extension to which you are transferring the caller
- At the bottom of the LCD display on your phone, press the button labeled Connect
You have successfully transferred a caller directly to a voice mailbox.

- Dial 3112
- Dial <EXTENSION>
- Press CONNECT
- Done
