Before You Start

You must be the sponsor of the mailbox to record a greeting for it. You will need:

• Your security code
• The extension of the mailbox you sponsor

From the Sponsor's Desk Phone

1. Call 3113
2. Enter your security code
3. Press 8\*
4. Press 0
5. Press 1
6. Press 6
7. Enter the extension of the mailbox you sponsor
8. Use the recording options:
   • 4 – Disregard current recording
   • 2 – Start recording
   • 2 – Stop recording
9. Hang up

From Another HWS Phone

1. Call 3113
2. Press \* before the initial prompt finishes
3. Enter your extension (sponsor)
4. Enter your security code
5. Press 8\*
6. Press 0
7. Press 1
8. Press 6
9. Enter the extension of the mailbox you sponsor
10. Use the recording options:
    • 4 – Disregard current recording
    • 2 – Start recording
    • 2 – Stop recording
11. Hang up

From an Outside Number

1. Call 315-781-3113
2. Enter your extension (sponsor)
3. Enter your security code
4. Press 8\*
5. Press 0
6. Press 1
7. Press 6
8. Enter the extension of the mailbox you sponsor
9. Use the recording options:
   • 4 – Disregard current recording
   • 2 – Start recording
   • 2 – Stop recording
10. Hang up
