Students, faculty, and staff can use the HWS Large File Transfer system to send documents and files that are too large for normal e-mail attachments. This system allows sending files up to 2GB by e-mailing a link to a secure download Web site that the recipient can click to access.

Space on Colleges' Web servers is available to HWS community members for academic purposes. Editing access may be granted to one or more people. Web sites are created under http://people.hws.edu/web_site_name.

CES offers live and studio audio and video recording. Events may be supported either by a technician recording the event or by providing training and access to the equipment for the requester to record.

IT Services subscribes to Atomic Learning (Infobase), a Web-based library of video tutorials on software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and InDesign), iMovie and more.
