Help Desk Self Service Lockers

IT Services offers Self Service Lockers at the Library Help Desk for pickup of Loaned equipment, 3D prints, technology and more.  Lockers are located by the IT Help Desk and available when the first floor of the library is open.  Library hours of operation can be found on here:  https://library.hws.edu/home

If your equipment or 3D print has been placed in a locker for pickup, you will receive an email with instructions that include the locker number and four digit combination.  Your equipment or materials will remain in the locker for 48 hours.

Enter the four digit code provided and spin the lock mechanism clockwise to unlock.

Unclaimed

If your materials go unclaimed after 48 hours:

  • Loaner Equipment:  The loan request will be cancelled and equipment returned to stock. If a loan is still required, you will need to complete a new request.
  • 3D Prints:  Printed materials will be removed from the Self Service lockers and you will need to pick up materials at the Help Desk during business hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST.
