Before You Start

Your Zoom account name defaults to your HWS-provided network account. However, you can request a different Display Name - what others see when you join meetings.

How to Change Your Display Name

If you would like your Zoom Display Name to reflect something other than your network account, submit a support ticket:

  1. Click the link below to open the IT Services ticket form.
  2. In Title, enter "Zoom Display Name Change Request."
  3. Under Help Topic, select Account or Access for User.
  4. In the description, be sure to:
    1. Include the name you would like displayed.
    2. Provide your contact information in case we have additional questions.
