Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

• Call forwarding can only be turned ON/OFF from your desk phone
• This feature is ONLY managed by the end user and is the end user's responsibility to turn on and off based on their department and/or office needs.
• This feature cannot be managed through our systems administration
• By enabling call forwarding (CFWD) you will be bypassing the HWS voicemail system. People who call your extension will be sent to the device you entered during set-up: they will reach that device's voicemail if configured, not your HWS voicemail.

Nortel M3904 Phone

Turn On Call Forwarding

1. Press Forward (bottom left of your phone's display)
2. Dial 9 + 1 + area code + number to which you wish to forward
3. Press Done (bottom right of your phone's display)
4. Your phone should now say "Calls Forwarded" on the display

Turn Off Call Forwarding

1. Press CheckFW (bottom left of your phone's display)
2. Press CanclFW (bottom left of your phone's display)
3. Your phone will now display "Call Forward Canceled" for 2 seconds and then go back to the standard display

Avaya 1140E Phone

Turn On Call Forwarding

1. Press Forward (bottom left of your phone's display)
2. Dial 9 + 1 + area code + number to which you wish to forward
3. Press Forward (bottom left of your phone's display)
4. “CFWD” now on display

Turn Off Call Forwarding

1. Press Forward (bottom left of your phone's display)
2. Press Cancel (bottom right of your phone's display)
3. “Call forward canceled” on display for 5 seconds then back to normal
