Computer security and operating system updates are vitally important to complete both to optimize performance as well as to protect against potential security risks.
1. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, click on the ESET Application
2. Click Open ESET Endpoint Antivirus
From the ESET window, you should see green check marks for your Computer and Web and Email.
3. In the left navigation menu, click on Update
4. Click on Update modules
5. Follow any on screen instructions it provides to perform updates.
Contact IT Services if one of the following occurs: the update fails, system is not protected, any other error message you may receive or unable to launch ESET.
