Connecting MFD printers to Windows 10
This article will help you connect the MFD printer to your Windows 10 machine. The naming convention for our MFD fleet is as follows:
BUILDING or DEPARTMENT _ FLOOR _ OFFICE or LOCATION (example: LIBRARY_1_MMLAB)
-
Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left part of your screen

-
In the search bar, type \\pcutsrv and press [Enter] on your keyboard
-
Double click on the icon of the printer you are looking to install

The printer’s name and number can be found on a label on the physical machine or via the full
campus MFD list accessible by clicking HWS MFD Printer List.
The following pop up will appear briefly; when it goes away the printer and its drivers have been installed.
