Using the Web Portal to Enable an E-mail Notification

1. If you are at an HWS building, please start on step #3
2. If off campus, VPN into HWS
3. Open a web browser
4. Navigate to voicemail.hws.edu
5. Login with your HWS credentials
6. Click Notification Settings
7. Click the E-Mail tab
8. Check Enable Simple UM Notification
9. Confirm your email address is correct in the E-Mail Address field
10. Click OK for default greeting

You will now receive an e-mail notification when you receive a voicemail.

Using the Web Portal to Disable Voicemail Attachment in E-mail Notification

1. If you are at an HWS building, please start on step #3
2. If off campus, VPN into HWS
3. Open a web browser
4. Navigate to voicemail.hws.edu
5. Login with your HWS credentials
6. Click Notification Settings
7. Click the E-Mail tab
8. Uncheck Enable Simple UM Notification
9. Click OK for default greeting

You have now disabled the e-mail notification when you receive a voicemail.
