If your request is approved, your package/mail will be placed in a locker located outside of the Scandling Center Post Office for After Hours pick up. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions and your package/mail will be available for pickup after 5 p.m., during hours that the Scandling Center is open, to 9 a.m. the following business day.
If you have been to the Post Office and staff were unable to locate your package, complete a form to report your package missing. Post Office staff will review your submission and contact you within 2-3 business days. Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee package recovery but helps us track and investigate your case.
