Transferring A Call To Voicemail

Before You Start

Use this when a caller wants to reach someone who is unavailable (e.g., in a meeting) and you need to send them directly to that person's voicemail.

Transfer a Call to Voicemail

  1. While on the call, press Transfer (bottom of LCD display)
  2. Dial 3112
  3. After the prompt, dial the extension you are transferring to
  4. Press Connect (bottom of LCD display)

The caller is now connected to the voicemail box.
