In Outlook 365 (Windows and Webmail365) senders can be blocked or unblocked, or labeled as "Safe". This can also be done in Outlook Classic.

To Block/Unblock Senders on Outlook 365 (Mac)
NOTE: MacMail users must use the Office 365 Web interface to properly edit Safe/Blocked Senders.
To Block/Unblock Senders, and Label a sender as "Safe" on Outlook 365:

Open Outlook New app (Or visit https://webmail365.hws.edu )

Select the Settings cog (in the top right) > Mail > Junk e-mail

If you want to block an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address in Blocked senders and click Add

If you want to block all e-mail from a domain, enter the domain name in Blocked domains and click Add

Click Save
If you would like to Unblock a sender, repeat the same steps, and select the trash icon above the e-mail or domain name.

If you want to add a Safe Sender, Click the tab Safe sender and domains, and add an e-mail or domain in the tab below.

To Block/Unblock Senders, and Label a sender as "Safe" on Outlook Classic:
- Open Outlook Classic, then click Home
- Select the Block icon shown below, then select Junk e-mail options

Note: If you are using the simplified ribbon, select the three dots on the right side of the screen, then hover over Block, and select Junk e-mail options.

- In the new tab opened, there will be an option for Blocked Senders and Safe senders. In Blocked Senders, you can add an e-mail or domain you would like to block or unblock.
In the Safe Senders list, it will show a list of Trusted senders that you can add an e-mail or domain to, or remove a safe sender.
To Block/Unblock Senders on Outlook 365 (Mac):
NOTE: MacMail users must use the Office 365 Web interface to properly edit Safe/Blocked Senders.
- Open Outlook New
- Click "Outlook" in the top left of the screen then select Settings

- Select the settings option Junk

- Click Blocked Senders at the top, then select the [+] in the bottom left to add an e-mail or domain you would like to block

If you would like to Unblock a sender, repeat steps 1-3 and select the e-mail or domain you would like to remove. Then, click the minus button instead of the plus button.
If you want to add a Safe Sender, click the Safe Senders tab next to Blocked senders, and select the [+] Icon to add or remove an e-mail or domain.
