Announcement – Adobe Access Removed Notice
Date: October 13, 2022
Information Technology is aware of an email that was sent out to individuals with Adobe accounts from Adobe.com. The message title is "You no longer have access to All Apps" and reads "NAME, your administrator for NERCOMP - Hobart and William Smith Colleges has removed your access to All Apps."
IT staff have confirmed that access was not removed and the community will not lose their access to the Adobe products. This notification was sent out after an update to the colleges Adobe license. At this time, individuals will not see a disruption in the service.
If you are having any issues logging into Adobe products or using these services, please contact IT Services at helpdesk@hws.edu or call 315-781-HELP. You can also visit the IT Helpdesk on the first floor of the library.
Announcement – Adobe Expiration Notice
Date: Sept. 27, 2022
Information Technology has been made aware of a license expiration message that appears when launching a licensed version of Adobe. We are working with the vendor to get this notification removed and will update the Bulletins/Maintenance page on the IT Portal when it has been resolved.
To keep using the Adobe apps, please click the blue "Ok" button on the license pop up.
System Alert - Package Carrier Delays
Date: August 25, 2022
Please be aware that our package carriers, including UPS and FedEx, are experiencing delays in delivery today. When packages are received in and ready for pickup you will receive a communication from our Post Office. Please await this communication prior to coming to the Post Office window.
Thank you for your patience while we work with our carriers to get their deliveries to campus as quickly as possible.
