Secured Printing Instructions to Ricoh MFD for Mac Devices

1. Open the document you want to print: 
2. Initiate the print process: Go to File in the top left > Print or press Command-P. 
3. Select your printer: Choose the printer you want to use from the printer dropdown menu. 
4. Access Secure Print options:
   • In the Print dialog box, you'll need to scroll down to “Printer options” then “Job Log”.
5. Set up Secure Print:
   • Fill in your username, and click the drop-down option, selecting ‘Locked Print’
   • Enter a passcode (a PIN) that you will need to enter at the printer to release your print job. 
6. Print the job: Click the "Print" button to send the job to the printer. 
7. Release the job at the printer: 

At the Printer

Click the PRINTER button on the console

Uncheck SIMPLIFIED SCRN

A revised screen will now show any held print jobs
based on Username entered

Choose the PRINT JOB tab

Find your username and click the appropriate button

Locate the document you would like to print and choose

Click PRINT

Enter the passcode you entered in STEP 3

Click OK

Enter the quantity of prints you desire

Click PRINT

ALL SUBSEQUENT PRINTING TO THIS PRINTER
WILL NOW BE SET TO LOCKED PRINT AS THE
STANDARD SETTING FROM THIS DEVICE.
