Downloading Zoom Recordings

For long-term storage of recordings it is recommended to move them from Zoom to Box, especially recordings that do not need closed-captioning. Note: each recording could have up to four files and they will be downloaded individually. For ease of downloading, create a folder for these recordings on your local machine prior to download.

To Download Recordings:

1. Navigate to https://hws.zoom.us
2. Log in using your HWS credentials
3. In the left navigation menu, click Recordings
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    
4. Find your recording:
   • Browse recordings within a date range, using the date picker, or
   • Search for recordings by ID, Topic, or Keyword using the search bar
     Note: The date picker will only show recordings in 30 day intervals.
     
      
5. Once you have located the recording you want to download, in the right most column of the row, click More > Download.
   Note: Each recording could have up to four files and they will be downloaded individually. create a folder for these recordings on your local machine prior to download.

Once you have downloaded your Zoom recordings, upload the folder to Box.
