Installing ArcGIS Pro on your own device

HWS faculty, students, and staff with HWS ArcOnline credentials can download and install ArcGIS Pro on their own device (NOTE that ArcGIS Pro is designed for Windows, so Mac users will need to have Windows for Mac installed).

1.  Log in to ArcOnline via https://hws.maps.arcgis.com/ with your active user credentials

2.  In the upper right corner, click on your username and select My Settings

3.  From the panel on the left, select Licenses

4.  Scroll down the list of the available licenses to find ArcGIS Pro; on the right, click the download link

5.  A new dialog box will open with a drop down menu to select the language and version you want; the most recent English version is the default and the one we generally recommend

6.  Locate and open the resulting .exe file and follow the prompts until complete
