Summary (what you get):

Dedicated help with getting started and using multiple tools to capture your screen or webcam presentations.  A member of IT Services will confirm an appointment with you to discuss Canvas, Panopto, QuickTime, Zoom, or other software that might be of use in preparing online course content.  Staff can also help troubleshoot existing issues or make recommendations based on your specific goals.

  • Troubleshooting and resources to help you with a project you have underway
  • Suggestions and tips on how to improve your workflow and recording quality

When customer receives it:
