Accessing some HWS resources, like network storage space, requires being connected to the HWS network. Connecting to the HWS network from off-campus requires the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN). When you no longer need to be connected, please remember to disconnect.
Note: You will not be able to use your knowledge-based questions to access this system, you will need to use one of the delivery methods available to receive your 6-digit passcode.

Connecting to VPN on Windows
1. Open HWS Access
2. Enter your HWS username and password
3. Click Connect

4. Select a method for receiving your passcode
5. Click OK
6. Enter your passcode

Connecting to VPN on MacOS
1. Go to Applications folder
2.Double Click Connect Tunnel

3. Click Connect

4. Enter your HWS username and password
5. Click OK

6. Select a method for receiving your passcode
7. Click Ok
8. Enter your passcode
