If your Zoom meeting has registration you can view registered attendees before the meeting and get a report of all the people registered for the event which includes their answers to all the registration questions.

Viewing Registered Attendees Before the Meeting

1. Open a browser, go to https://hws.zoom.us

2. Click Login

3. Enter your HWS username and password

4. Click Submit

5. On the left navigation menu, click Meetings

6. In the center, find the meeting you are interested in, click the Title of the Meeting

7. On the meeting summary page, under Registration, in the middle, is a count of the number of people registered

8. On the meeting summary page, under Registration, on the bottom right, click View

9. The Registrants For pop-up window will contain a list of people who have registered, including their name and email.

10. To exit the pop-up, in the upper right, click the X

Generating a Report of Registered Attendees After the Meeting

1. Open a browser, go to https://hws.zoom.us

2. Click Login

3. Enter your HWS username and password

4. Click Submit

5. On the left navigation menu, click Reports

6. In the center, click Meeting

7. Find the meeting you are interested in, on the right, click Generate

8. In the Registration Type pop-up window, check All Registrants

9. Click Continue

10. The page will refresh, changing tabs to the Reports Queue, find the meeting you are interesting in, on the right click Download

The report will download as a CSV file onto your computer and you can open it using Excel.
