MFA One-touch Authorization [Android]

You can use your mobile device, including a smart watch, for one-touch MFA authorization. This makes logging in when prompted for MFA quicker than receiving a text message or answering knowledge base questions. To use the mobile app for one-touch MFA authorization, follow the directions below after you have been prompted for an MFA method.

1. Select Send login request to <your device>

2. Click Submit

3. Unlock your mobile device

4. Tap Approve

5. Complete authentication as prompted, if necessary
