Adding HWS E-mail to a Mobile Device [iOS]

These instructions are for connecting your HWS e-mail so that it is available through the Mail app on an iOS device. For the best experience we recommend using the Microsoft Outlook app.

Use Microsoft Outlook

Use Mac Mail (default mail application)

Using Microsoft Outlook

1. Open the App store

2. Search for Microsoft Outlook

3. Tap Get

4. Tap Install

5. Tap Open

6. Type your HWS e-mail address

7. Tap Add Account

8.Type your HWS Username

9. Tap Submit

10. Type your HWS Password

11. Tap Submit

12. Tap Maybe Later

13. Tap to choose a notification preference

Using Mac Mail

1. From the Home Screen on your device, go to Settings

2. Scroll down, tap Mail

3. Tap Accounts

4. Tap Add Account

5. Tap Exchange

6. Type your HWS email

7. Tap Next

8. Tap Sign In

9. Type your HWS username

10. Tap Submit

11. Type your HWS password

12. Tap Submit

13. Choose which items to sync

14. Tap Save
