Transferring a Call to Voicemail

Why Would I Need This: Let's say you have a call and the person they wish to speak with is in a meeting. The steps below are how you would transfer said call to the voicemail of the individual they are trying to reach.

To transfer a call to voicemail:

1. Call is received and you are ready to transfer them to the voice mailbox they wish to reach
2. At the bottom of the LCD display on your phone, press the button labeled Transfer
3. Dial 3112
4. After the prompt, dial the extension to which you are transferring the caller
5. At the bottom of the LCD display on your phone, press the button labeled Connect

You have successfully transferred a caller directly to a voice mailbox.

3. Dial <EXTENSION>
4. Press CONNECT
5. Done
