Sending E-Mails on Behalf of Another User

If you have been delegated permissions to send e-mail on behalf of another person, use the steps below to send e-mails using webmail or the Outlook desktop client.

Sending E-Mails Using Webmail

1. Log in to https://webmail.hws.edu

2. Click +New

3. In the New Message window, click More Options

4. Click Show From

5. [Right+Click] the email address

6. Choose Remove

7. Type the account name of the person you whose behalf you are sending the email.

8. Fill in the other fields and message body as needed, click Send

Sending E-Mails using the Outlook Desktop Client

1. Open Outlook

2. Click New Message

3. From the ribbon menu, click Options

4. Click From

5. Click Other E-Mail Address

6. Select the account name of the person on whose behalf you are sending the email.

7.Fill in the other fields and message body as needed, click Send
