Setting up Sending E-Mail on Behalf of Another User

Microsoft Outlook allows one user to send mail on behalf of another user.You can set up delegate permissions so that someone can send messages on your behalf. You can only delegate permissions using the Outlook desktop client.

1. Start Outlook

2. From the task bar, click File

3. Click Account Settings

4. In the Account Settings drop down menu, click Delegate Access

5. In the Delegates window, Click Add

6. Select a user from the global address list, click Add

7. Check Automatically send a message to delegate summarizing these permissions

8. Click Ok
