Summary (what you get):
IT Services offers a variety of equipment for loan to students, faculty, and staff to support the HWS curriculum and co-curricular activities. Faculty, staff, and students may borrow equipment such as laptops, iPads, chargers, cables, keyboards, mice, video cameras, tripods, speakers, projectors, screens and more from the Help Desk. Some equipment loans such as cables, chargers, keyboards, and mice are for use in the library only.
Services include:
- Basic training on the use of the equipment will be provided at the time equipment is loaned by request.
- Faculty and staff needing equipment to conduct their work should reach out to IT Services to discuss their equipment needs.

Charges
Students who do not return loaned equipment on or before the due date will receive a notification from the Help Desk. If, after attempts to retrieve equipment have been made, the equipment is not returned, we will charge the student's account the replacement value of the equipment.
When you receive it:
- Equipment is available on a first come, first served basis and can be picked up at the Help Desk
- Equipment periods are show in the chart above. All equipment must be returned on or before the agreed upon due date
- HWS Photo ID is required to pick up equipment
- Classroom or curricular activities are given priority for more limited equipment
