Support assistance with all issues regarding installed and programmed cameras for the use of HWS entities including but not limited to Athletics, Campus Safety, and the Library along with potential support for the managing system(s) based on SLAs.
IT Services offers a variety of equipment for loan to students, faculty, and staff to support the HWS curriculum and co-curricular activities. Faculty, students and staff may borrow equipment such as video cameras, tripods and headsets with microphones at the Help Desk.
Campus printers are available for use by faculty, staff, and students. Printers are available across campus.
Public desktop computers are available throughout campus for all students, faculty, and staff to use. These computers, which are a mix of Mac and Windows, have specialized software installed to support teaching and learning.
