Summary (what you get):
Elevator phones are managed and maintained by Sodexo with an analog service provided by IT Services. These devices are used to communicate with Campus Safety in the event of a need by a user of the elevator. IT Services provides an analog service to the elevators.
Services include:
- Analog dial-tone in the elevator control room
When you receive it:
Tickets for this service are only created after Sodexo engages their elevator vendor and the unit is investigated by them. Details from their investigation are expected for this ticket.
Service does not include:
IT Services does not manage or support the elevator equipment, including the phone in the elevator.
