Clearing your browser cache can resolve most website-related issues on any web browser. After clearing your browser cache, make sure you go to a website by typing in the web address; don't use a bookmark to access the website if it gives you issues since bookmarks will sometimes store the incorrect web address.
Below are instructions for clearing your browser cache in the most popular browsers on MacOS devices.
Safari
1. In the menu bar at the top-left, click Safari

2. Click Clear History
3. In the drop down menu, select the time range you want to clear
4. Click Clear History
5. In the Safari menu bar at the top, click Safari
6. Click Quit Safari
Chrome
1. On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon
2. Click More Tools
3. Click Clear browsing data

4. In the data drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data
5. Check Cookies and other site data
6. Check Cached images and files
7. Click Clear data

8. In the Chrome menu bar at the top, click Chrome
9. Click Quit Google Chrome
Firefox
1. In the Firefox menu bar, click Firefox
2. Click Preferences

3. In the left navigation menu, Click Privacy & Security
4. Under Cookies and Site Data, check Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed
5. Click Clear Data
6. Click Clear Now

7. In the Firefox menu bar at the top, click Firefox
8. Click Quit Firefox
