Troubleshooting Videos in Canvas

If you are having trouble playing videos in Canvas follow the steps below to try and resolve the issue.

  • Try another browser.  We suggest Chrome or Firefox

  • Turn off browser protection settings

  • Enable cross-tracking and tracking cookies

  • Disable your pop-up blocker or add an exception

  • Disable privacy scanners and ad-blockers

  • Verify that you are logged in to the proper accounts, using your HWS credentials

  • Clear your Cache

  • Contact the person who posted the video(s) and see if they can check their settings.
