If you are having trouble playing videos in Canvas follow the steps below to try and resolve the issue.
Try another browser. We suggest Chrome or Firefox
Turn off browser protection settings
Enable cross-tracking and tracking cookies
Disable your pop-up blocker or add an exception
Disable privacy scanners and ad-blockers
Verify that you are logged in to the proper accounts, using your HWS credentials
Clear your Cache
Contact the person who posted the video(s) and see if they can check their settings.
