How do I unsubscribe from a LISTSERV discussion list?

  • Membership in Listserv and distribution lists is automatic.
  • Distribution list membership is mandatory and you cannot unsubscribe.
  • You can unsubscribe from a LISTSERV discussion list one of two ways:

 

Option 1. Send an e-mail to listserv@list.hws.edu. In the body of the message, type "unsubscribe" and the name of the discussion list from which you wish to unsubscribe. Please see the screenshot below for an example.
