Summary (what you get)
HWS users can view general software tutorials through Infobase Learning. IT Services also provides user support of DataCamp for tutorials specific to data analysis software.
Service Includes
Infobase:
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- iMovie
- GSuite
- Zoom
- Apple operating systems
- and much more!
Infobase also includes "soft skill" tutorials for topics such as emotional intelligence, management skills, and even stress reduction techniques.
DataCamp:
The basic version of DataCamp is free to use, but if you require additional access, contact IT Services.
Service Does Not Include
IT Services does not manage the content available in Infobase or DataCamp. These are independent web services that HWS provides access to but does not manage in any way.
When Customer Receives It
Infobase: Log in with HWS credentials.
DataCamp: Create an account with your HWS credentials.
