Eduroam Wireless Service

IT Services has joined the eduroam wireless service. HWS faculty, staff, and students may use eduroam for Intenet connectivity while visiting another participating institution by signing into the service with their HWS username and password.

SpectrumU IPTV Service Frequently Asked Questions

ResEd and IT Services have been working with our on campus cable provider, Spectrum Enterprise (previously known as Time Warner Cable), on introducing an IPTV service called Spectrum U. This service acts as a complement to our existing standard co-axial provided cable to deliver streaming service to members of the HWS community while on campus.

What do I need to do when I change my HWS network password?
