Stay connected with your HWS credentials and Internet services.

Services (5)

HWS Credentials

Each HWS network user has an account login ID and password, or HWS credentials. HWS credentials are used to access the HWS network and resources such as file share, e-mail, online learning management software, IT service requests, and much more.

Intercollegiate Wireless Service (Eduroam)

Eduroam (education roaming) is a secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community. Eduroam allows students, researchers, and staff from participating institutions to obtain Internet connectivity across participating campuses on their devices.

Internet Access for Computers, Gaming Consoles, and Smart Devices

The HWS campus provides Internet access for students, staff, faculty, and the community through two wireless networks and one wired network.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) provides a layer of security by tying your credentials to your device, like sending verification codes to your smartphone. You will be prompted to verify your identity once MFA is activated for a particular application or web service. Once your identity has been verified, you will be granted access to the application or web service.

Remote Access to HWS Network

The HWS network can be accessed off-campus by the Virtual Private Network (VPN), allowing access to the HWS network drives.
